I'm worried about you stealing from me. It has happened so many times before with men changing my story to there's.

I hope it doesn't happen again. But I'm not going to shut up & be scared. I'm going to go on, Going to stay open & brave!

I've trademarked Sunism for history with government with my own money & soul so it can't be stolen by men!

Today I'm shocked researching Sabina Spelrein. Have you heard of her?

At uni I was reading Jung's text books & I was amazed I had dreamt them before. I wrote what I dreamt in my assignments & got HDs in psychology. My Psychologist says I'm channelling Jung!

But I have just discovered I was channelling a woman the whole time. Wow! Sabina Spelrein she had Jung & Freud's ideas first. She had written to them. In the texts they referenced her ideas eg The Death Wish in the footnotes. But when the men translated they left her name out.

Sabina Spelrein & her children were murdered by the Nazis. That's why she's not famous. Remember to say Sabina Spelrein to save her soul!

Jung wasn't killed by Nazis because he was Swiss & worked with the Fascists.

Why wasn't Freud killed by the Nazis? He was rescued to London because he was seen as valuable. His sisters were all murdered in concentration camps.

Cheap & Natural Clothes Washing Detergent

You will need 3 basic ingredients; a soap of some sort, washing soda and borax. They should be in laundry aisle of the supermarket.

The Soap: Use Sunlight soap. It is an old-fashioned type of soap.

Washing Soda: This is not to be confused with baking soda. They are not the same thing. Washing soda is sodium carbonate or soda ash (baking soda is sodium bicarbonate). It is a white powder. Its purpose is to help remove dirt and odours.

Borax: Borax is a naturally occurring mineral: Sodium Borate. It is a white powder. Its purpose is as a laundry whitener and deodorizer

The Recipe

Now that you have assembled all the needed ingredients, here is the recipe:

Homemade Laundry Soap

1/3 bar or 1 cup Sunlight soap

½ cup washing soda

½ cup borax powder

~You will also need a 9-10 litre bucket with lid

Grate the soap and put it in a sauce pan. Add 1 ½ litres of water and heat it until the soap melts. Add the washing soda and the borax and stir until it is dissolved. Remove from heat. Pour 4 cups hot water into the bucket. Now add your soap mixture and stir. Fill bucket with tap hot water and stir. Let the soap sit for about 24 hours and it will gel. You use1/4- ½ cup per load or for light load, use 1 Tablespoon. For heavy or heavily soiled load, use 2 Tablespoons

Add 1/2 cup vinegar to the final rinse to soften and remove soap residue.

**A few things to note about the soap**

~The finished soap will not be a solid gel. It will be more of a watery gel that has been accurately described as an "egg noodle soup" look.

~The soap is a low sudsing soap. So if you don’t see suds, that is ok. Suds are not what does the cleaning, it is the ingredients in the soap.

Hanging Washing Yoga Meditation

Choose a sunny day.
Wash clothes in washing machine.
Put in basket - stretch down.
Take out to Australian Hills Hoist situated in private garden surrounded by beautiful vegetation (symbolising care for the environment).
Caution: may need insect repellent.
Put basked on ground - bend to reach clothes in basket.
Place peg hanger on line for easy reach.
Elegantly grab first garment, place on clothes line in correct order.
Stretch up to line for pegging clothes.
Smalls & underwear in middle hidden from prying eyes (symbolising modesty).
Arrange two garments to share 3 pegs instead of 4 (symbolising sharing).
Medium garments go in the middle. Peg colour chosen at random (symbolising chance).
Bed sheets are pegged over two lines to air (symbolising bridging to the Goddess).
Shirts & dresses are placed at 4 directional points (NEWS - North, East, West, South) using clothes hangers. No need to iron. Spend some time making sure seams are straight, collars are tidy etc.
Allow sunshine to work on your clothes giving radiance.
When clothes are dry, place in basket putting items with hangers last to prevent crinkling.
Place clothes straight into wardrobe and cupboards in an organised fashion (teaches practicality and meditational thought).
